While Bertha continues to produce swell for us,  another tropical system, TD 3, is now off of the Carolinas and is expected to strengthen into a tropical storm, possibly as early as later today.  There is also another system in the  western Caribbean that is not well organized at this time, but has "a strong potential for tropical cyclone formation."
